To whomever is responsible: How do you go about spending all of that time re-creating The Dark Knight trailer in Halo 3, and NOT make the Joker an Elite character model? That option was available, it contrasts with the Spartan character model used for Batman, they’re both hunched over, and they both have the split-lip thing going on.
